Hakametsä Stadium is located 4 kilometers east of the center of Tampere. Tram line 3 operates from the center of Hakametsää and from Hervanta. The stop is located near the Kaleva shopping centers, from where it is a short walk to the ice rink.
Bus line 7 uses the same Hakametsä stop area as the tram. You can board from West Tampere, from the center and from the direction of Linnainmaa. Lines 14 and 29 run to the stops behind the ice rink.
The most convenient way to travel to Kauppi campus and Tays Central Hospital is by tram 1. Buses 15, 16, 17, 18 and 41 operate to the joint bus and tram stop in Kauppi campus. The lines have connections to and from the tram.
The route of buses 13 and 14 runs around the hospital area via Kuntokatu and Arvo Ylpö katu. The lines have a stop at e.g. at the patient hotel.
Buses 6, 29, 42, 90 and 95 run from Teiskontie next to the campus.

Contactless payment transactions cannot be cancelled. In accordance with our Ticket and travel terms (section 5.2: Ticket reimbursement, other payment methods), incorrect ticket purchases or charges resulting from the customer’s own actions will not be refunded.
Nysse’s communication channels include the website, the Nysse Journey Planner, as well as stop and onboard displays. In addition, we share current information on newsletters, Facebook and Instagram (available only in Finnish).
The communications team works on weekdays from morning until afternoon. In the evenings and on weekends, communication is supported by the bus and tram traffic control centres, which publish short micro-messages for passenger services — for example about detours, congestion or service interruptions.

All passengers aged 65 or older get the discount automatically on a single ticket paid with the personal travel card value. The discount is valid in all zones daily at 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
You can buy a travel card from our customer service or order one from the Nella.fi online service, in which case the card will be delivered directly to your home. You can purchase a travel card before your child’s 7th birthday.
To order a travel card via the Nella.fi online service, select ‘Act on behalf of another’. When you want to act on behalf of a minor, your details will be verified via the Suomi.fi authorisation system using the Population Information System. If the child or another guardian has a security ban, you cannot act on behalf of the minor.
You can also visit our customer service. Please take your child’s ID (e.g. Kela card) to ensure that the child’s identity can be verified when purchasing a ticket. The child does not need to be present.
Buses 16, 17, 18 and tram 1 have a common stop at the Kauppi campus. The timetables have been planned so that transfering between bus and tram runs smoothly in both directions of the journey.

You can use all Nysse's tickets on trams and buses.
Inspectors have a device to read tickets. With this device, the inspector can see the details of your ticket and whether you have confirmed your right to travel on the particular tram or bus you are travelling on. All types of tickets can be checked.
Passengers should be prepared to display their ticket or means of payment throughout their journey.
