Fares

You can order a travel card from the Nella.fi online service or buy it from the customer service. We offer one travel card cover free of charge with the travel card purchase. The price for extra cover is €0.50 (incl.  VAT 25,5 %.).

Travel card price includes 10 % VAT.

The night fare will be automatically charged from 00:00 to 04:40 a.m. in addition to the single ticket. The fare will be also charged for transfer trips after midnight (paid with the single ticket).

Price includes VAT 10 %.

You can buy an electronic gift certificate from the Nella.fi online service. It will be sent by email. The gift certificate is available also at the customer service. The top value of the certificate is not limited and the code is given with a paper receipt.

The gift card code can be used to pay for Nysse tickets and products online or at the customer service. The code is valid for one year from the date of purchase. You do not have to use the value at once.

Price includes VAT 10 %.

In addition to the travel fee, the passenger will be charged an inspection fee of €80.00 if he or she does not have a confirmed ticket entitling him or her to travel or the right to travel free of charge.

A handling fee of €7.00 is charged if the customer replaces the lost travel card with a new one, or if the customer applies for compensation for an unused ticket or for an unused value on the travel card.

The processing fee of €60.00 per hour may be charged if the customer requests clarifications on the use of his or her travel card. The minimum fee will be charged for a half of an hour.

Fees for business customers: the processing fee of €90.00 per hour may be charged if the business customer requests clarifications for incorrect reports or device upgrades. The minimum fee will be charged for a half of an hour.
