A construction site on Ruskonkehä will cut the route of bus line 5 between Vuores and Hervanta on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 21:00. There is no way around the construction site, so the bus will operate part of the trips to and from Vuores, and part of the trips to and from Hervanta.

Due to the split route, the frequency of the service between Vuores and the city centre will be longer than usual. There is no direct connection between Vuores and Hervanta for the weekend. Alternate connections can be found in the Nysse Journey Planner, which also provides timetables for the special routes. Line 5 will return to its normal route on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 04:00.

Special routes

The route is the normal between the city centre and Mäyränmäki. In Hervanta, the route will also follow the normal route of line 5, but between Hervanta and Lahdesjärvi the service will be operated via Hervannan valtaväylä and Tampereen kehätie. All stops on the special route are in use.
