Nysse Mobiili app will be renewed

The Nysse Mobiili app will be updated on 7 April 2025. The revamped Nysse Mobiili will make it easier and faster to buy and use multiple tickets. The app will be updated for users in stages, and the new version will be available to all in about a week's time, by April 14. The app is free.  

The app update will be released on the Google Play and App Store app stores. Whether the app is updated automatically or manually depends on your device's update settings. 

Updating the app may delay the purchase of a ticket by deleting stored payment card information. In urgent situations, please use other payment methods such as local payment. 
 
The current version of the app will be phased out in spring 2025. We will inform you separately about the withdrawal. 

Do this 

If you have used the Nysse Mobiili app without registering, please re-enter your payment card details after the update. You can also use mobile payment, in which case the payment will be charged to your phone bill. If you had valid tickets on your device at the time of the update, they will be automatically updated to the new version of the app.  

If you are using the app while logged in, please log in again after the update. If you have forgotten your password, you can renew it on the app administration page at mobiilinysse.fi.  

Registering for the app has several advantages, although you can also use the app without registering. By registering, you can also manage your usage data on new devices, for example if you change your phone. Your tickets and receipts are saved and you can access them even if you change your device. 

Tickets and payment methods remain the same 

The tickets will remain unchanged. You can still buy a single ticket for 90 minutes, a daily ticket for 24 hours or a student season ticket for 30 days from the app. Payment methods will also remain unchanged. Tickets can be paid for by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay or Mobile Payment, i.e. via your phone bill.   

Buy your ticket only moments before your trip, as it will be activated at the moment of purchase. The ticket must be valid before boarding the bus, tram or train. 

Show the QR code of the mobile ticket to the bottom reader of the ticket device as before. The mobile ticket must also be shown on the ticket device each time you board the vehicle. For train journeys, the ticket must be validated at the ticket device on the platform before the trip begins.
