The rail industry strike is over, the train traffic will start on Friday 24 March.

The train schedules will be updated in the Nysse Journey Planner during Thursday and Friday, March 23-24, 2023.

Buses and trams in the Nysse area operate normally. Even on Friday, buses may be congested, especially in the morning and afternoon traffic when travelling from Lempäälä, Nokia and Orivesi to Tampere and back. Allow enough time for your journey.

The strike of Railway Union Finland RAU paused train traffic on Monday 20 March 2023. VR canceled all long-distance and commuter trains during the strike.
